The NAWBO-MN Belonging & Engagement Committee invites you to a dedicated space where West African business owners unite to share their experiences, insights, and the unique challenges they encounter while running successful businesses. We will explore how West African women business owners integrate their identities into their businesses.

Women business owners in Minnesota represent diverse cultures, backgrounds, beliefs, and perspectives, each with their unique struggles and stories that deserve to be heard. This session is a vital part of our ongoing commitment to nurturing a culture of inclusivity, equity, and belonging in our community.

During this event, we aim to:

  • Amplify the voices of West African business owners and entrepreneurs through engaging discussions.
  • Explore effective and meaningful ways to support West African business owners.

Come to learn. Be inspired.
