During this educational experience, learn how to create casual, elegant, and festive charcuterie boards, and ways to personalize them for a variety of occasions, whether for social gatherings with family and friends, or holiday celebrations. Under chef Amalia’s guidance, you will also learn cultural tidbits and techniques, and about sourcing traditional Spanish and Latin American ingredients that can add a gourmet touch to your creation.
