Charcuterie, a European tradition, has been around since ancient times, and charcuterie board-making has been trending for some time in the U.S. The key to creating great charcuterie boards is starting with the right ingredients. During this educational experience, learn how to create casual, elegant, and festive charcuterie boards, and ways to personalize them for a variety of occasions, whether for social gatherings with family and friends, or holiday celebrations. Under chef Amalia’s guidance, you will also learn cultural tidbits and techniques, and about sourcing traditional Spanish and Latin American ingredients that can add a gourmet touch to your creation.
Door prizes include specially curated gift baskets, Amalia’s award-winning cookbooks, and gift certificates to enjoy the beautiful Woman’s Club. In addition, each guest will receive the list of ingredients to recreate a gourmet board for a special occasion. Amalia’s cookbooks will be available for purchase.
