Our mental health is strained more than any other time in modern history. Before COVID, the staggering numbers of people struggling with anxiety and depression were bad enough. Now the numbers are even more dramatic.
The good news is there are solutions to our mental health battles. They include developing skills to become healthy. Not just physically healthy, but mentally and spiritually healthy too. Mental health challenges are not a life sentence and can be overcome.
In this session, you’ll hear the lessons I learned during my long battle with depression, which I overcame 12 years ago, and how these lessons relate to you. They help anyone who feels stuck in their life. They also apply to anyone who struggles with body image, overwork, low energy, poor self-esteem, lack of connection, personal boundaries, hopelessness, and lack of purpose.
Our session will be filled with more good news, hope, and action steps to improve your mental health than you probably ever realized.
