Noel McCormick currently serves as Vice President of Advancement at Rise, a nonprofit organization that serves individuals with barriers to success in a number of locations throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. She leads a team of five professional staff responsible for fundraising, marketing, communications, and administrative support for an agency serving over 3,500 people per year across the state of Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. The organization’s fundraising and grant writing efforts bring in over $4 million annually.
